Error when accessing or compressing the file

Troubleshooting tips:

1. Check if the SqlBak Agent has sufficient permissions to access the file or folder. By default, the agent runs under the Local System Account, which may not have access to network shares or remote paths.

2. Verify that the path to the backup files is correct and accessible.

3. For SQL Server, ensure that the SqlBak Agent has access to the location where the database files are stored — especially if the database and the agent are on different machines.

4. Ensure there are no network or permission issues between the backup server and the database server.
